Relive You Center for Advanced Pain Management provides an essential service and we will continue to care for our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your health and well-being are our top priority. We are following the guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local, state and federal health officials. We have implemented new safety protocols and telemedicine appointments to reduce the health risks for everyone. Social distancing is essential to limit exposure and combat the spread of illness.
We are screening all patients and visitors for COVID-19-related respiratory symptoms and/or exposure to anyone with these symptoms. If you have been sneezing, coughing, feeling unwell, have had fever in the past 14 days, please contact the office by telephone or patient portal to schedule a telemedicine appointment.
If you are over the age of 70, have lung disease, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or are immunosuppressed, you are at increased risk from a
COVID-19 infection. Please consider changing your appointment to telemedicine if you do not require a procedure.
In adherence with federal and state requests for social distancing, we have implemented telemedicine video conferencing that can be accessed through your patient portal. Please watch the video below to learn how to check in for your telemedicine appointment.
To participate with telemedicine, you will need your patient portal login information, an internet connection, and either a smartphone with camera or computer with camera and microphone. If you have any questions, please message us using your patient portal.
